Shipping & Returns

Music Gallery has an exchange-only policy within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in still-new and undamaged condition. Due to the nature of the items we carry in our store, we are not able to offer refunds on any musical instruments as they carry a much lower cost value and we are cannot advertise them as new.

All accessories are non-refundable regardless of use or whether it is still in it's original packaging. We stand by our policies to sell brand new fully functional items of quality and are unable to guarantee this with items that have left our store.

Items that have been exchanged will be kept for the future use of rentals, lessons, and in-store playing (i.e.: used guitar patch cables).

Purchasing of instruments, books, or accessories for the sole purpose to use for a short period of time and then return is not accepted. In the past, we have had musicians attempt to "borrow" gear for one-time gigs in hopes they would be able to return it the following day. We are a small business and do not accommodate cheating and stealing.

If your instrument or accessory has a defect that was caused by the Manufacturer and you have not used the item, please contact our store immediately for assistance.
